Our Peer Advisor Program offers training and leadership opportunities to Mother Figures with real-world experiences and a heart to serve diverse Moms. These extraordinary volunteers help plan and measure the impact of programming, offer peer-to-peer support, and create safe, consistent spaces for growth. Participation reflects readiness, consistency, and alignment with Erie City Moms’ mission and values. Seasoned Mentors provide ongoing instruction to Peer Advisors in teamwork, trauma-informed care, servant leadership, conflict resolution, and access and inclusion. By investing in Mothers as leaders, we strengthen trust, ensure cultural responsiveness, and build a leadership pipeline rooted in lived experience.
